No, since we cannot physically examine you in person, you will be referred to your primary care physician, urgent care or the emergency room if your condition is serious, or requires a face-to-face evaluation. We do not treat emergency or complicated conditions. Quick Diagnosis Providers do not prescribe DEA controlled substances, non therapeutic drugs and certain other drugs which may be harmful because of their potential for abuse. Quick Diagnosis Providers reserve the right to deny care for the potential misuse of services.
Are Quick Diagnosis Providers available 24/7? You may submit a consultation 24/7. However, consultations submitted after our regular business hours will be on hold until we resume the following morning. Business hours are: Sunday - Thursday: 9:00am – 12:00 midnight, Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm, Saturday: 10:00pm – 12:00 midnight. Will I need a web cam or smart phone and live video to have a telemedicine visit? Video is not always needed, but it definitely helps in most cases.
Can I use my insurance? No, we do not accept any insurance carriers at this time. You may use your insurance to pay for your medication at the pharmacy, for your labs and other third-party tests.
Do Quick Diagnosis Providers prescribe medical marajuana or narcotics? No. Quick Diagnosis Providers do not prescribe controlled substances.
